Some comments:- Cover image - I still think the one with the airplane was more appealing- Black and White pictures on page 16 could be sharper.- Picture integration could be done in a more seamless way- Any reason for not using colour on page 34?- Page 54: Great approach. You could make it even more minimalistic though.- Human Centric Charts are COOL!- Page 77 = Cool / Page 79 = Too crowded. It is cluttered.- Overall the Graphs are really nice. Useful input.- I like the use of visual pop culture references i.e Jackie Chan, Einstein. You could have used more 😉- I believe you manage to oversimplify complex concepts and most of the times it is great. I perceive, however, that depth is lacking at times.- Page 56: This is one of the cases where a little more depth would have been nice.- You write like you speak. I think sometimes a more literary approach would make you come across in a clearer wayOverall I believe this book has great nuggets and cool exercises thus can be easily transformed into a course. I think MBA’s are gonna love it. In the future I would consider going more in depth in the concepts. It seems too frugal at times. I really like the format of the book. Very quick and to the point with minimal “fluff.” I value brevity and thoughtful level of detail when it comes to my references above all else. Great reference for entry-level analysts to read and apply before they develop bad visualization habits. And in the first chapter is an email address to a monitored inbox, if you email them a receipt or proof of purchase they will send you the PowerPoints/slide deck used for an instructional course. As an instructor at a local community college I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT!!
